WanderDaily is operated by Vertex Digital ("Vertex Digital", "we", "us"). By creating an account or continuing to use WanderDaily, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and enter into a contract with Vertex Digital. If you use WanderDaily on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization; otherwise you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.

WanderDaily is a web app that generates a daily interesting fact and a curated list of things to do for a city you choose (or your current location), along with related features such as streaks, a fact collection, surprise destinations, and a daily postcard image. Much of this content is produced by generative AI.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use WanderDaily for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms.

Facts, recommendations, and postcard images are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Always verify opening hours, prices, safety, and availability before visiting a place. WanderDaily content is for entertainment and inspiration only and is not professional travel, legal, medical, or safety advice.

You are responsible for how you use the outputs. You may not use WanderDaily to generate or distribute illegal content, hate speech, deepfakes, malware, or to attempt to bypass or "jailbreak" the AI systems. We may remove or restrict content, filter outputs, and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

If you believe content in WanderDaily infringes your rights, contact us and we will review and, where appropriate, remove it. Repeat infringement may lead to account termination.

You must not misuse WanderDaily. That includes, without limitation:

• Using the service for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive;
• Sending spam or infringing others' intellectual property rights;
• Interfering with the service's security, including malware, probing, or scraping;
• Reverse engineering, reselling, or redistributing the service, or circumventing technical limits such as the free test drive or payment gate.

Keep your login credentials confidential — you are responsible for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information (such as your email address) and keep it up to date.

Vertex Digital retains all ownership of WanderDaily and its intellectual property, including the software, design, branding, and documentation. These terms do not transfer any ownership to you.

WanderDaily offers a one-time "lifetime unlock" purchase. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See also our Refund Policy.

We work hard to keep WanderDaily available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Features may change over time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay amounts due, pose a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our usage policies. When access ends, your saved data (such as your fact collection and streak) may be deleted.

WanderDaily is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Vertex Digital is established, and disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law gives you other rights.
